March 27, 2020 Update
A decision was made today to share the thesis as-is, with the understanding that the Abstract and Conclusion sections require revision; more careful examination shows that 77 rather than 88 qualified survey participants' responses may have altered the original findings. The entire 77 anonymous respondent questionnaires (77 x 5 questionnaires each = 385) are now on-site for a more visually robust presentation of the phenomena.
The literature review and unbiased perspectives related to the variables under measure in preparation for research is highly relevant today and worthy of consideration even prior to revision of its findings. It is my belief that you will find the work extremely valuable. View the thesis here.
